Условия оформления подписки
Подписка (услуга предоставления доступа к материалам, размещенным на www.vedomosti.ru) оформляется при согласии пользователя со следующими условиями:
- Доступ предоставляется индивидуально каждому пользователю, полностью и корректно заполнившему установленную форму, размещенную на www.vedomosti.ru в разделе «Регистрация».
- Пользователь не имеет права передавать свои учетные данные другим лицам, включая сотрудников той же организации или членов социальной группы.
- Зарегистрированный пользователь должен принять все возможные меры по сохранению в тайне своих учетных данных, позволяющих получать материалы, доступ к которым возможен только при условии оформления подписки.
- Пользователь не имеет права воспроизводить, распространять, отображать, публиковать транслировать или иначе использовать и передавать материалы, доступ к которым предоставляется на период оформленной подписки, другим лицам, включая сотрудников той же организации или членов социальной группы. Исключение составляет случаи, предусмотренные законодательством РФ и правилами использования материалов газеты «Ведомости», размещенных на сайте www.vedomosti.ru в разделе «Правила перепечатки».
- При нарушении одного или нескольких вышеуказанных условий оказание услуги предоставления доступа прекращается, учетная запись блокируется, а Пользователь обязан выплатить штраф в объеме, определяемом как разница между стоимостью оплаченной подписки и стоимостью не оказанных услуг. При этом сумма денежных средств, равная разнице между стоимостью подписки и стоимостью не оказанных услуг не возвращается и засчитываются в качестве уплаты штрафа за нарушение принятых обязательств, указанных в п.п. 2–4 настоящих Правил.
Subscription Terms and Conditions
By taking up a subscription (the service of providing access to materials located at www.vedomosti.ru), a user agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Subscription to online access is personal to each user that has fully and correctly filled in the form located in the «Registration» section of www.vedomosti.ru
- A user must not disclose his account details to third parties, including employees of the same organization or members of the same social group.
- A registered user must take all possible measures to maintain the confidentiality of his account details that enable one to access materials available only through subscription.
- A user may not reproduce, distribute, display, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use and transfer to third parties, including employees of the same organization or members of the same social group, materials that he has the right to access during his subscription period — except as permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation and by the terms and conditions of using the content of the newspaper «Vedomosti» available in the «Reproduction terms and conditions» section of the website www.vedomosti.ru.
- Should a user violate one or several of the above terms and conditions, the service of providing access will be discontinued, the user’s account blocked, and the user liable to pay a fine determined as the difference between the prepaid price of subscription and the price of services not rendered. The amount of money equal to the difference between the prepaid price of subscription and the price of services not rendered will not be refunded to the user and will be retained in payment of the fine imposed for violation by the user of his obligations set out in articles 2–4 of the present Terms and Conditions.
