CTBUH

Elena Shuvalova, general director of Lobby agency, has been appointed regional head of the world council for tall buildings and city environment (Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, CTBUH) for Russia. Shuvalova graduated from the Moscow Economics and Statistics Institutes in Economic Theory. Since January 2007 she has been the founder and owner of Lobby. She is also the deputy chief editor of foreign real estate supplement Nedvizhimost in Vedomosti.

CB Richard Ellis

Christopher Peters has been appointed director of the research department at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). Before working for CBRE he worked at The Economist Group (London), The Risk Advisory Group (London/Moscow) and Wermuth Asset Management (Moscow). He graduated in modern languages and international relations from St. Andrew’s University (Scotland).

Praedium Oncor International

Ruslan Suvorov has been appointed director of business development at Praedium Oncor International. He will keep his former position of head of the warehouse and industrial real estate department. Suvorov has previously worked for Cognis Deutschland (an affiliate of Henkel) and Colliers International.

City - XXI century

Andrey Orekhov has been appointed director of strategic development of investment-development companies at City - XXI century. He previously headed the department of strategic planning at Znak. Orekhov graduated from the Russian University of Friendship of the People in Economics and California State University, US.

Cushman & Wakefield

International advisers in the field of real estate Cushman & Wakefield has announced the move of partner at the Moscow office Tim Millard to the international department of capital markets where he will be responsible for countries in Central and Eastern Europe. In Russia Millard has worked as the head of consulting services at Cushman & Wakefield / Stiles & Riabokobylko at the Moscow office.

Valery Barninets has been appointed sales manager of Doki. Before working for Doki real estate agency he was sale manager at Agent 002 real estate agency. Barninets was also deputy director of the management of regional development at Miel-Real Estate. He worked for 10 years at MIAN where he held the post of deputy director of the secondary real estate market department.

Cushman & Wakefield / Stiles & Riabokobylko

Cushman & Wakefield / Stiles & Riabokobylko has announced a number of redundancies at the Moscow office. Approximately 270 people work for the company, of which 30 will be made redundant.

UPZ

Vitaly Minyaev has been appointed head of state unitary enterprise Management of Prospective Buildings (UPZ). Before heading UPZ, Minyaev held the post of general director of ISK Stroimontazhindustriya. He has worked in the field of construction for more than 30 years. He graduated from the V.V. Kuibyshev engineering and construction institute with an Order of the Red Banners specializing in city construction. He has worked at Glavmosinzhstroye, RSU No. 3 Leninsky raion and ARS group.
