ADG Group
Marina Shevchenko has been appointed financial director of development company ADG Group. Shevchenko graduated from the Economics faculty of MGU in 2002 with the qualifications of an auditor, and in 2005 obtained a Master’s degree in Economic Science, She has 10 years experience in the financial sphere and has worked in large companies, including Systems Capital Management (2005-2007), where she was deputy financial director. She has worked at ADG Group since June 2007.
DeltaCredit
The board of directors of savings and loan association DeltaCredit (ZAO commercial bank Delta-Credit) has elected the senior vice-president of the bank Sergey Ozerov as chairman of the board. Igor Kuzin, who previously held this post, has left the bank and moved onto other work. Ozerov has been senior vice-president of DeltaCredit since 2003 and successfully managed the process of attracting new shareholder - international financial group Societe Generale. He has an MBA from the University of Colombia.
Mirax Group
Mirax group has made larger the structure of the corporation’s board for the realization of a new program. The new structure includes heads of foreign projects Felix Sutter and Alexei Slesar, who possess broad experience in foreign markets, which is a field of priority in the corporation’s strategy. Under the new structure of president Alexei Kunytsin Felix Sutter, Andrei Rozov, Alexei Slesar, Andrei Tityunik, Ara Aramyan, Mikhail Chizhenok, Sergey Sadov, Alexander Paperno, Sergey Kavchenkov, Alexei Pronyazhkin, Konstantin Borisov and Lyuba Kulakova have joined.
Torgoviy Kvartal
Irina Gorbacheva has been appointed deputy general director of organizational development at Torgoviy Kvartal. In her new position Gorbacheva will be responsible for the development and further realization of organizational development strategy of the company. Prior to working at Torgoviy Kvartal, she headed the selection, training and development of personnel at Scala Business Solutions and Rostelekom, and was HR director of GAZ Group. She graduated from the Kharkov Polytechnic University, and also has an МBA from a top business school.
Nikolai Kalinin has been appointed deputy general director of the management of projects at Torgoviy Kvartal. Within the limits of heading the department of the management of projects Kalinin will be responsible for the realization of development projects. His responsibilities will also include interaction with the local and national authorities. Kalinin was previously the general director and member of the board of directors of Khimvolokno-amtel Kubass factory (Kemerovo). Has a diploma in professional management from the Open University in the UK, and has an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.
NAI Russia
Sergey Peretyatko has been appointed director of commercial real estate department at NAI Russia. His main duties will be the future formation of the team at the Russian office of NAI, development and realization of the marketing strategy of the company, development of offers for clients and the introduction of an effective StaRStm (Strategic transaction administration and Reporting System) management system, etc. He graduated from the law faculty of the Moscow State Communications University. He has eight years of operational experience with clients, including three years in commercial real estate, including at Pauls Yard Realty.
