Marshal Estate

Pavel Bondarchuk has been appointed assistant to the general director of economics and finance at Marshal Estate group. He has prebiously worked at Sistema-Gals as vice president of finance and investments. He has also worked at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. In 2003 he completed his postgraduate study at the Higher School of Economics, and in 1999 graduated form the Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Mirax Group

Alexey Adikayev has announced his decision to leave the board of directors of Mirax Group. His share has been bought by other shareholders. Adikayev held 3% of the corporation, while, Sergei Polonsky owned 78%, Artur Kirilenko owned 10% and partners Dmitry Lutsenko, Maxim Temnikov and Maxim Privezentsev held 3%. In 1997 he graduated from the Leningradsky Institute of Shipbuilding. From November 2002 until October 1, 2006, he worked at Mirax Group as vice president of development.

Anna Mironova has been appointed as head of corporate promotion at Mirax Group. She will be responsible for promotion of the Mirax Group brand and maintaining PR activity. She had previously been head of brand development since 2008. She graduated from the Higher School of Philology and Culture at Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University. Up until 2000 she worked at VGTRK. From 2000-2003 she worked at UES Russia.

Kopernik Group

In January 2009, Ilya Shershnev was appointed vice president of Kopernik Group. He will be involved in the reorganization and strategic development of the brokerage business of MIAN, and a number of investment projects. He was born in 1982. In 2003 he graduated from State University – Higher School of Economics, in 2005 graduated from the Urban Land Institute (US), and in 2007, from the International Academy of Valuation and Consulting, etc. His career in the real estate market began in 2000 as a broker in the office real estate department at Penny Lane Realty. In 2001 he took the position of assistant to the general director of the Moscow office of Swiss Realty Group. From 2004-2008 he worked as director of business development in Russia and the CIS.

Mirland Development Corporation

Ivan Guriyev has been appointed the head of the residential real estate department at Mirland Development Corporation. In his new post he will be responsible for the marketing and sales of the company in the residential sector. Before arriving at Mirland Development Corporation he worked at Khiltorg where since 2004 he moved from head of the sales department to director of development. He graduated in law and political science from the State University – Higher School of Economics in 2003

Peresvet-Region

Vladimir Leverash has become the general director of Peresvet-Region (part of Peresvet-Group). He has worked for the company since 2005. From 2006 he was the general director of Peresvet-Region Kuban and Peresvet-Region Don. In 2008 he was appointed assistant general director of construction of Peresvet-Region. He has previously worked at Mosstroimekhanizatsiya-5 and SMY-3. He graduated from the Moscow State Construction University.

SlavGrad

Gennady Novikov has been appointed director of the auditing department at SlavGrad. He previously held the post of technical director at EkspertGrad, part of SlavGrad. He graduated from the Aviation-Mechanical engineering faculty of the K.E. Tsiolkovsky Moscow Aviation Institute of Technology. He previously worked at Astrel, and was chief engineer at Dial Stroi Invest. He has worked at SlavGrad since 2007.

Sobinbank

Oleg Dukanov has been appointed senior vice president of Sobinbank and is a member of the board. In his new post he will supervise the security and legal department. He was previously vice president of Gazenergoprombank. He graduated from the Ryazan Military-Engineering Automobile School, and the FSB and General Headquarters Academy. He has a degree in law.

DTZ

Serkan Bektash has been appointed Head of Capital Markets at DTZ. He will take up the post in the second quarter of 2009. Previously he was managing director of a division of UK Solutions and Structured Product Sales at Barclays Capital, and prior to this was the main operational director of a division of Global Investment Banking. He will have control over the Capital Markets business at DTZ in Europe, the Near East and in Africa, the Asian-Pacific region and the territory of North and South America. He was educated at the University of Bogazici in Istanbul (Turkey), and also at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Hanover, New Hampshire, USA.

Elizabeth Luchitskaya has been appointed head of the marketing and PR department at DT Z in Kazakhstan. In 2003 she graduated from the Academy of Work and Social Relations. From 2006-2007 she was head of the press-service at Mkapital, which owns the real estate of the Sedmoi Kontinent (Seventh Continent) chain. Since October 2007 she has been head of the PR department at DTZ Russia. She is engaged in external and internal PR, interaction with the mass-media, and also marketing support of projects.

C&W / S&R

Denis Sokolov, head of the research department at Cushman & Wakefield / Stiles & Riabokobylko (C&W / S&R), has become partner of the company. He is now one of three partners working in the field of research in the EMEA region (Europe, Near East and Africa). He has worked at C&W / S&R since September 2004, where he started work as an analyst.

Jones Lang LaSalle

Michael Lang, chairman of the board of directors at Jones Lang LaSalle Russia and the CIS, has announced that at the end of the first quarter of 2009 he will step down from his post after 15 years of work for the company to carry out business and personal plans. Lang set up the company in Moscow in 1994 with partners, providing services in the field of commercial real estate. In 1997 he sold the business, which was then called Jones Lang Wootton, and headed the company as managing director for Russia. In 2006, as he wanted to give more time to working with clients, he became chairman of the board of directors of Jones Lang LaSalle, and Mark Jagger took over the post of managing director.

Jones Lang LaSalle, Ukraine

Irina Pshennaya has been appointed head of the office real estate department at Jones Lang LaSalle in Ukraine. She has worked for the company since 2008.

Daniel Vladov has been appointed head of retail premises at Jones Lang LaSalle in Ukraine. He has worked for the company since 2007.

Sergey Dmitriyev has been appointed sales manager of Гдеэтотдом.ру. He has gained experience in creating strategic partnerships and introducing new commercial products from SUP Fabrika (Soup Factory).

Michael Akopov has been appointed an official representative for business development at Гдеэтотдом.ру abroad. He will be engaged in attracting foreign partners and clients. He is currently head of the Russian representation at Joined Oakhall Property Source / Oakhall Capital (UK).

Dixi

Ilya Yakubson has joined the board of directors of Dixi. He graduated from the Oryol State Pedagogical Institute. He has a degree in social sciences and a МВА from Kingston business school (UK). From 2007 he worked as the general director of Pallada. From 2006-2007 he was vice president of retail company Megapolis. Since 2008 he has been vice president of Dixi. Vitaly Klyuchnikov, who was previously president of Dixi has moved to work at Mercury
