Personnel: Resignations and Appointments


Jones Lang LaSalle

Jones Lang LaSalle has changed its top-management. Christian Albright, who has headed the company’s German division since January 2009 will become the new general director for Europe, the Near East and Africa (EMEA) and will be part of the Global executive committee (GEC). He will replace Alastera Hughes, who will in turn replace Peter Barger who is currently the general director of the Asia-Pacific region. Peter Barger will take the position of chairman of the board of directors for the Asia-Pacific region.

Charles Boudet, director for Russia and the CIS, head of the office and warehouse real estate department at Jones Lang LaSalle, has been appointed director for Europe, Russia and the CIS. He has worked at JLL since January 2006 and has been responsible for the development of business and work of the team in the department. He previously worked at Danone as director of logistics.

Maxim Karbasnikoff, director for Russia and the CIS and head of the retail real estate department at Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed director for Europe, Russia and the CIS. Prior working at JLL he was director of marketing at MLP/PGP and project head at IKEA.

Robert Mayhew, director for Russia and the CIS, head of the valuation and strategic consulting at Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed director for Europe, Russia and the CIS. Before JLL Mayhew was director of the valuation department at the London office of Colliers CRE and was responsible for the development of the valuation business in Europe.

Andrei Postnikov, director for Russia and the CIS on work with corporate clients at Jones Lang LaSalle, has been appointed director for Europe, Russia and the CIS. He has been responsible for the development of services for corporate clients for more than five years.

Stefan Meira has been appointed vice-president of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Russia. He will be engaged in the expansion of the portfolio of projects of the company, and the development of strategic relations with key clients. Prior to JLL Hotels he was deputy director of the consulting department at Colliers International (Moscow) and before that was a senior consultant at Hotel Consulting and Development Group (Moscow).

Mirax Group

For the first time Mirax Group has held elections for chairman of the board. Alexei Kunitsyn has been appointed the position and earlier held the position of first vice-president of board. The former chairman of the board Maxim Privezentsev, also a shareholder of the company and a member of the board of directors, will concentrate his efforts on solving strategic questions. Kunitsyn was chosen from three candidates.

CB Richard Ellis, Ukraine

Sergei Markosyan has been appointed director of the strategic consulting and valuation department at CB Richard Ellis in Ukraine. He will manage a team of advisers and appraisers providing a full spectrum of services on strategic consulting and the valuation of real estate premises. Before CB Richard Ellis Markosyan headed the consulting and valuation department at Colliers International (Ukraine).

Stanislav Ivanov has been appointed the deputy director of the strategic consulting and valuation department at CB Richard Ellis in Ukraine. He will head a team of appraisers and will supervise all commercial real estate projects. Ivanov previously worked as senior appraiser at Colliers International.

Knight Frank Russia & CIS

Valentin Stobetsky has been appointed director of the office real estate department at Knight Frank Russia & CIS. Stobetsky will also be a member of the board of directors of the company. He will be responsible for the development of all office real estate departments across Knight Frank Russia & CIS offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kiev. Since 2005 Stobetsky worked in the British office of Intel where he was responsible for real estate projects in the EMEA (Europe, the Near East and Africa) region. He was previously vice president and head of the real estate department at Citigroup and headed the department for work with corporate clients at Jones Lang LaSalle.

TriGranit Development

TriGranit Development Corporation, the third largest investment-development company in Europe has announced Sergei Gogolev's appointment as managing director of the Moscow office. His duties will include general operational management of TriGranit in Russia and CIS countries, the realization of the long-term strategy of the company, and also the further development of business. Gogolev held managing posts both in Russia and foreign companies, including Belaya Dacha, and MIMEX UK.

RosEvroHotel

The shareholders of RosEvroHotel have appointed Nikita Lyubimov as general director. Previously Lyubimov was general director of RosEvroHotelmanagement and director of development at RosEvroHotel. From the beginning of 2007 till March 2008 he worked as the head of projects at RosEvroHotel.

Century 21 Russia

Roman Muradyan, vice president of development at Century 21 Russia will also be a member of the board. Muradyan was chairman of the board at Miel, and also vice president of the Moscow association of realtors.

Evrazia Logistik and Evrazia City

Andrei Rukavishnikov has been appointed senior marketing expert at Evrazia Logistik and Evrazia City. He will be a member of the board and will be engaged in the in development and realization of the group’s marketing strategy. Rukavishnikov was previously the vice president of marketing and advertising at Euronetwork, and prior to that vice-president of marketing at Baltika

Novoye Kachestvo

Olga Kosenkova has been appointed head of the analytics and consulting department at Novoye Kachestvo. She will be engaged in the development of the consulting business. Her duties will include expanding the spectrum of given services and the client base, and also development of the methodological and information base of the department. She previously worked for GVA Sawyer.
